First go to Abaranshop’s site www.abaranshop.com. Click on the product of your choice. Check out the product details and prices. Click the Buy button if you are satisfied with the product description and price. The 'Checkout' page will appear. A full list of the costs associated with your product will appear on the screen, including the name, the picture, the unit price, the quantity, and the delivery fee. You will need to fill in your name, address, phone number, email address, etc. in the register form on the same page.

Click on the 'Conditions' checkbox and click 'Confirm' to complete the purchase process of the mentioned product by selecting the payment method (Cash On Delivery / Card Payment / Online Banking).

At present our office is in Banasree, Dhaka and products are delivered from our secure warehouse.

The delivery charge within Dhaka is only Tk 70 to 80 per invoice, and the delivery charge outside Dhaka is only Tk 110. If you order more than one product in one invoice, the charge will be the same. It is important to keep in mind that delivery charges may vary depending on the product's size and weight.

We deliver products in Dhaka city i.e. Dhaka North and South City Corporation areas within maximum 24 to 48 hours. Outside of dhaka, we arrange delivery of goods within 3-4 days.

You can pay the amount by checking the product at the time of delivery. In this case you pay cash on delivery to our representative or courier person. You can also pay online through credit or debit cards, bKash and Nagad.

After paying for the product you will receive a confirmation message on the mobile or email that your payment has been completed successfully. In addition, you will receive a message confirming the order on your given mobile or email address that your order has been accepted.

We try our best to keep all products in stock. However, there are times when the demand for an unexpected product exceeds the supply. There is no reason to worry, if the selected product is not in our stock, we will inform you before confirming the order of the product. 

Again for some reason your order has been collected but we are unable to deliver it to you. In this case we will inform you within 24 hours and the price of the product will be refunded to the customer. But products that are temporarily out of stock can be seen on the product display via the stock out tag.

You will receive the final price of the product after confirming the purchase of the product so that VAT and tax are added. There is no need to pay anything extra beyond the final price.

Each product is individually packaged securely with high quality paper and sealed in a strong polybag or box that ensures safe delivery of your product.

We do not supply products outside Bangladesh. However, you can buy products from any part of the world from abaranshop.com and if the shipping address is anywhere in Bangladesh, we accept orders from any part of the world.

Our utmost effort is to deliver the product to your doorstep so in case of any natural calamity or accident we try our best to provide our best service.

You can return the product within 10 days. However, you must ensure that the product is not damaged or used. We recommend to check the product when the delivery man is at your door, delivering the product. There are also arrangements to supply similar good products instead of returned products as per the wishes of the customer. However, in case of cash on delivery, the product will be verified and received from the delivery representative.

Yes, according to our refund policy, the product is refunded within 5-10 days if the product is not opened. There are also arrangements to supply similar good products instead of returned products as per the wishes of the customer.

We offer discounts in special cases at a percentage of the retail price of our products. Only one type of discount is offered on any particular product. We always try to give our customers the best discount on the product.
